Update your Zoom software by Nov. 1

Starting November 1, 2021, Zoom is requiring customers to update their Zoom software to ensure it is no more than nine months behind the current version at any given time.

Going forward, Zoom users will be prompted to update your software if the version you’re using falls behind this nine-month window.

• The new policy will help ensure that Zoom users have the latest Zoom features, and the most recent privacy and security enhancements.
   
• This update policy applies to the Zoom client (the software you access when you use Zoom) and the Outlook Plug-in.
