Transition plan announced for Administrative VP responsibilities

President Monica Posey announced on Oct. 1, in an email message to College employees, the transition plan for the Academic Vice President position.

Oct. 1 was the last day of full-time service for former Vice President of Administration Lawra Baumann. Dr. Posey said a search for a replacement is underway.

Dr. Posey thanked Dr. Baumann for her 11 years of service to the College, and said Dr. Baumann will continue to serve in a consulting capacity until the end of December for several tasks such as contract negotiations, capital projects, and the IT modernization project.

While the search for a new Vice President is in progress, College Executive Team members will supervise various aspects of College operations, including:

• Chris Calvert: Facilities, Public Safety/Police, and Information Technology Services
• Robbin Hoopes: Institutional Research
• Monica Posey: Human Resources
• Elliott Ruther: Cincinnati West Airport
• Amy Waldbillig: Bookstore liaison
