Benefits Open Enrollment period is May 1 – May 19; in-person information sessions offered on May 3 & May 10

Employee Open Enrollment for benefits starts today, May 1, and continues through Friday, May 19, 2023.

During Open Enrollment, employees and/or eligible dependents have the opportunity to enroll for medical, dental, and vision coverage or make changes to existing coverage. 

• Choices/changes made during May Open Enrollment go into effect on July 1, 2023.
• Benefits-eligible employees received email messages on April 26 from Cincinnati State Human Resources Director Falonda Rodgers with additional information.

On Wednesday, May 3, Cincinnati State Benefit Vendors will be available in the ATLC Summit Restaurant (ATLC 2nd floor) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to answer questions. Vendors on site include:

• Horan – Benefits Brokers
• UMR – Medical Insurance
• Superior Dental – Dental Insurance
• TriHealth – Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

On Wednesday, May 10, Horan Benefits Brokers will be in the Summit Restaurant for a Benefits Presentation and to answer questions. Presentation sessions will be offered from 10 to 11 a.m. and from 1 to 2 p.m.

• Also, the Horan Benefit Brokers Engagement Team can answer your questions Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
