“MyServices” tool is getting a makeover
Changes are in process for the “My Services” online tool that provide access to a variety of services for students and employees.
The renamed tool–“Self Service”–provides essentially the same functionality, but the look and some operations are slightly different.
- Student Finance (Bursar) and Student Financial Aid services made the transition to “Self Service” in 2022.
- Advisor Self Service and Student Self Service functions will go live on Monday, April 17. Starting that day, registration-related activities for Spring 2023 and Summer 2023 will appear on the new platform.
- In-person and Zoom training sessions for employees who advise students are planned for the period April 3-14. Employees will receive more information soon.
- A Blackboard site with “Self Service Q&A for Employees” will be available in early April to provide training tools and a community forum to ask and answer questions.
- Faculty Self Service functions (including grading and access to class rosters) will go live in May, after Summer Semester begins.
- Training will be offered prior to the start of Summer semester.
The “Welcome to Self Service” page of the College website will be updated by mid-April to provide information and training materials for students related to using the Financial Aid, Bursar, and Registrar tools in Self Service. (Currently, the page describes only Financial Aid and Bursar functions for students.)
- Priority Registration for Fall 2023 classes is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 24. Open registration for Fall begins on May 1.
If you have questions about the Self Service functions or training, please contact the Registrar’s Office at ro@cincinnatistate.edu.
