CS adjunct instructor (& graduate) is published in National Law Journal
Jennifer Kottler, JD, a graduate of Cincinnati State’s Legal Administrative Assistant program who is currently an adjunct instructor in the Business Technologies Division, recently was published in the National Law Journal, a monthly online publication that is a top resource for legal professionals.
Jennifer’s article, “Adding Privacy Provisions to NDAs? Be Sure You Know the Risks,” provides advice on adding data privacy and security provisions to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) used by varied organizations.

Jennifer is a Senior Commercial Attorney at QuisLex, Inc., and recently earned the credential Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
After graduating from Cincinnati State, Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University. She is also a graduate of NKU’s Chase College of Law.
