New Students who get Surge Cards can win $25 gift certificate

Starting now, and continuing throughout Fall Semester, new Cincinnati State students who get their Surge Card (College ID), are automatically eligible to win a $25 gift certificate.

• All new students who obtain a Surge Card in person or online during August will be entered in the first gift certificate drawing on Sep. 1. (Current students are not eligible for the drawing.)
   
• Future drawings will take place on the first of each month, through December. New students who register for Spring 2022 classes (after Spring registration opens) will be eligible for the drawing also.

Students must be registered for classes and “in the system” for at least one hour before applying for a Surge Card.

Students can get their Surge Card in one of two ways:

• Go to the Student Activities Office in ATLC 204.
• Hours of service are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
• Use the Online Surge Card Office. 
• After the student completes the Surge Card Request & Photo Submission Form and uploads a photo, the Surge Card will be produced and mailed to the student’s home address.
