LULAC scholarship deadline is Mar. 31
Students of Hispanic/Latino heritage are encouraged to apply for scholarships offered by the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) of Cincinnati.
LULAC Scholarships range from $250 to $2,000 each, and many Cincinnati State students have been past LULAC scholarship recipients.
High school students taking CCP classes via Cincinnati State are eligible to apply if they are seniors and have been admitted to a college or university or are in process of being admitted.

- Completed applications must be returned to LULAC Cincinnati (postmarked no later than March 31, 2023) at LULAC Cincinnati, c/o Rosa-Maria Moreno, P.O. Box 19057, Cincinnati, OH 45219.
- Completed applications also may be submitted by email to rosa.moreno@cincinnatistate.edu, no later than the March 31 deadline.
Applicant guidelines include:
- Student or parents should reside in the greater Cincinnati Metro area.
- All students with Hispanic/Latino heritage may apply, regardless of legal status.
- Students with demonstrated financial need are given preference.
- Student should have participated in civic and/or social activities organized to support the Latino community.
- Scholarship recipients must complete at least 5 hours of community service at LULAC events or with approved LULAC community partners such as Casa de Paz, Su Casa, Santa Maria, English Learners Language Foundation, or Esperanza Latino Center. Students will receive their scholarship check after they complete their community service.
- Scholarship recipients should become LULAC members.
