New email security via MFA starts today

Starting today, Apr. 12, all Cincinnati State employees and students must use Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for Office 365 to increase the security of College email and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Multi-factor Authentication is now required whenever you update your password on your College office computer and on other devices where you use College email.
   
• With Multi-factor Authentication, you must acknowledge an app notification on your smartphone, a text message, or a phone call after correctly entering your password.
