Faculty & staff: It’s time to order Commencement attire for 2023

Cincinnati State’s 2023 Commencement ceremony will take place Sunday, May 7, at the Cintas Center on Xavier University’s campus, starting at 3 p.m.

Faculty and staff members who plan to participate in the Commencement ceremony and need to order academic attire should complete your order online no later than Friday, March 10. Regalia will be distributed on campus the week of April 24.

• If you have your own attire and plan to attend Commencement, please notify Jodie Comstock by email (jodie.comstock@cincinnatistate.edu).
• Also get in touch with Jodie if you want to volunteer to assist at Commencement. Helpers are needed for a variety of tasks including assisting students in “checking in” at the event, handing out programs to guests, and other jobs that help Commencement run smoothly.

To place your order for attire, go to Jostens.com. You do NOT have to sign in or create an account.

• Look for the “Find My School Store” section of the page.” Type “Cincinnati State” and then you should see the link for “Cincinnati State Technical College”.
• On the Cincinnati State page, select “Graduation Caps and Gowns”.
• You’ll see a pop-up window with a link for “Faculty Rental” – click that link.
• Then, click the link for the attire that you are ordering (associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral), and complete the form for your selected attire.
• Review your information and if it’s correct, select “Add to Cart”.
• Enter your First and Last Name, and then Checkout. (You will not be charged.)
• Look for an order confirmation email message at the address you used to place your order. If you do not get the email confirmation, your order may not be complete.
