Join a virtual celebration of World Kitchens

Chef Grace Yek, program chair for CState’s Bachelor of Culinary and Food Science program, would like others to know about the opportunity to attend (virtually) an important international conference for those in culinary-related fields.

“World Kitchens, World Tables: A Celebration of Chefs and Community” will be offered as a virtual event from Nov. 10-13.

The event is open to culinary educators and students as well as others with connections to culinary fields (including many facets of food production, preparation, and distribution).

This is the 22nd annual “Worlds of Flavor” conference sponsored by the Culinary Institute of America, an internationally-recognized leader in culinary education.

Chef Yek said, “This international event draws notables from the food industry, from famed chefs to food service operators to R&D leaders, and more.”

  • To attend (virtually), you first have to request an invitation
  • Upon approval, you’ll get a link to register for the event for $20
  • If the fee poses a financial hardship, you can apply for a fee waiver
