ITS will conduct another Zoom meeting test on Jan. 22

The Information Technology Services department is working on improvements for the Zoom experience at virtual Board of Trustees meetings.

ITS appreciates those who helped with the Jan. 14 test of a new Zoom environment for BOT meetings

Another short test will take place Friday, Jan. 22, starting at 10 a.m. This test is expected to take about 15 minutes.

Look for an Outlook calendar invitation with details about how to connect to the “Test Zoom” meeting.
The more employees involved in the test, the better– so please join if you can.

For the test session, members of the ITS staff will join as panelists (similar to the Executive Team and Board members) and everyone else will join as attendees.

After the test meeting, you’ll be asked to share your comments.
