HR Office welcomes Monique Nuby

Monique Nuby joined the Cincinnati State Human Resources Office in December as a Human Resources Associate to the Director of HR.

Monique was born and raised in Cincinnati. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wright State University and recently completed a Master’s in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University.

At Wright State, Monique worked in advising and admissions. At NKU she was a coordinator in the College of Informatics responsible for hiring student workers and part-time faculty, managing I-9 employment paperwork, assisting HR recruiters, and scheduling course offerings.

Monique said, “Cincinnati State possesses a close sense of community, and I am happy to be part of the HR team!”

Falonda Rodgers, Director of HR & Title IX Coordinator, said, “We are excited that Monique has joined our HR team. She bring to us two years of administrative and HR experience, and I’m looking forward to working closely with Monique.”

Monique said that outside of work she enjoys shopping, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
