What is a Sealed Bid?
A sealed bid is a document enclosed in a glued (sealed) envelope submitted in response to an invitation to bid.
The bid should include the name, address, and phone number of the bidder; the vehicle you are bidding on; and the amount offered as the bid.
Sealed bids received up to the deadline date will be opened at the above-stated time and place (in the presence of anyone who may wish to be present) and evaluated for award of an item.
