Going to BLINK? You can park & ride from Clifton Campus

The 2024 BLINK light-and-art festival— the biggest free public art event in the U.S.– takes place October 17-20, 2024 (Thursday through Sunday) in an area that encompasses more than 35 city blocks in downtown Cincinnati and Covington.

BLINK includes a kick-off parade, live performances, light sculptures and installations, projected light shows, and much more.

Cincinnati State’s Clifton Campus is one of the free park-and-ride locations that will provide direct, convenient access to the BLINK festival, starting at 6 p.m. each night.

Park-and-ride lots offer free, continuous shuttle service to the Riverfront Transit Center, located at The Banks below Second Street, and transportation back to the lot where riders parked their car. Shuttle service will continue through 12:30 a.m. each night of the festival.

  • Cincinnati State garages and Lots C-1 and C-2 will have gates open for free parking.
  • Metro employees will be on site at the College from 5 p.m. until at least 1 a.m. nightly.
  • Parking lot C-3 will offer an on-site DJ to entertain those waiting for buses. Also, portable toilets will be on-site near the parking area.

On BLINK opening night, Oct. 17, college students (and professionals) are invited to Party with CINC (the Cincinnati Intern Network Connection), starting at 5 p.m., at First Financial Bank (1 East 4th St.). Free appetizers and beverages will be provided while you mingle, and then you can head out with the group to watch the parade and experience Cincinnati in a new light!

The party is free, but please register if you plan to attend.
