Internal “Important Dates” chart for 24-25 is available on the intranet

College employees who would like a printable copy of the internal “Important Dates” chart for the entire 2024-25 academic year can download it from MyCState 2.0 for Employees.

This document includes information published on the College website’s Important Dates page as well as numerous internal deadlines, such as activities performed by the Registrar’s Office and by faculty and staff members who assist with class scheduling.

To obtain the chart, go to “Documents” (in the top navigation of the Employee intranet site), and then select the folders College Processes > Registrar.

The Important Dates published on the College website for Fall Semester also can be viewed in the Academic Calendar section of the Employee and Students intranet pages. The information for Spring and Summer semesters will be added to these intranet pages in the future.
