Faculty: If you need keys for your Fall classrooms, please request them now
Faculty members who need keys for one or more of your Fall Semester classrooms should turn in a Key Request eForm as soon as possible to avoid a delay in receiving your keys.
- You need to be logged in to your Cincinnati State account to access the eForm.
- Allow at least 5 business days for requests to be completed (and possibly longer if you submit your request during the first weeks of the semester).
- You’ll need an account number from your division to complete the eForm.
- Keys must be requested by and picked up by the requesting individual.
- You can pick up requested keys from the Campus Police Office in Main 147 (Clifton Campus).
When Fall classes start, Campus Police will be unlocking all general purpose classrooms early each morning.
Computer labs and other specialized labs will remain locked. Instructors who need access to a locked lab should check with their academic division, or call Campus Police Dispatch, before you go to your lab room, at (513) 569-1558.
