CState faculty & staff are hosting Babysitting Training course for ages 11 & up

Babysitters (and future babysitters) ages 11 and up can learn essential caregiving skills at a Babysitting Training Course offered on Thursday, August 1, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Health Simulation Lab (Main 156) on Clifton Campus.

Faculty and staff members from Early Childhood Education, Fire/EMS/Paramedic, Nursing, and Career Services will provide hands-on training in safety, activities to keep kids entertained, and other skills that enhance well-prepared and successful babysitting experiences.

Participants will earn certification cards in First Aid, Heart Saver techniques for CPR and AED, and HSI Babysitting certification.
