Office of Disability Services announces Summer processes for students seeking accommodations

For Summer Semester, students seeking accommodations from the Cincinnati State Office of Disability Services (ODS) should follow the processes described below.

Students who receive accommodations are responsible for sharing the approved semester verification accommodations letter with their instructors via College email. 

The accommodations verification letter is a PDF that is watermarked “confidential”. The letter is also password protected to prevent copying. (See the sample letter below.)

• Students who want to establish accommodations for Summer Semester classes must complete the eForm Academic Accommodations Registration Request Form

• Students who want to request a letter that verifies their accommodations for Summer Semester classes must complete the eForm Accommodations Letter Request
• Students who want to schedule test proctoring in the Office of Disabilities Services must complete the eForm ODS Student Testing Appointment Request
