Farmer’s Market for students on Mar. 21
The Surge Cupboard Food Pantry invites students to a Farmer’s Market on Thursday, March 21, starting at 11 a.m., in the ATLC First Floor Lounge, near the fireplace.
Free seasonal fruits and vegetables provided by the Freestore Foodbank will be available to any currently-registered Cincinnati State student.
Distribution continues until all produce is gone, but early arrival is recommended.
- The Farmer’s Market is part of a partnership between Cincinnati State and the Freestore Foodbank.
- The final Spring Farmer’s Market will take place April 18.
During Spring Semester, the Surge Cupboard Food Pantry (located in Main 137) is open to serve students on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from noon to 3 p.m.
- All currently-registered Cincinnati State students may visit The Surge Cupboard once a month to receive up to a 3-day supply of food and toiletries at no cost.
- Students should bring their Surge Card (student ID card) and their MyCState/Blackboard login information.
