Ratika Gandhi is selected as “Woman of Empowerment” for this week
The Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN) has selected Ratika Gandhi, Help Desk Support Specialist, as the Cincinnati State Woman of Empowerment for the first week of March.
Her nomination said Ratika is “an extremely positive person who is supportive of everyone around her, and goes out of her way to lift up other women.”
Ratika supports the College community by assisting students and others with navigating technology resources. In addition, Ratika contributed to the WEN Holiday Market by offering henna tattoos and then donating the money she earned to WEN.
The nomination also noted that Ratika “takes the initiative to share her knowledge of how to use various software, making her an asset for everyone.”
The nomination continued, “Ratika supports all services on campus proactively and she is a role model for all of us with her expertise, kind support, and positivity.”
Ratika said one of her favorite things about Cincinnati State is that “people are very kind and helpful, and they help others to succeed in their goals.”
