IT modernization project starts Mar. 14 & several services will be offline until Mar. 18
Informer, Colleague, and Self-Service systems will be offline for IT modernization activities, starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, and continuing until 6 a.m. on Monday, March 18.
In addition to the three services listed above, other systems affected by the shutdown include:
- eForms – Purchase Requisitions and eForms that connect to Colleague will not be accessible
- Electronic Transcript Exchange – not accessible
- HEI Reporting – not accessible
- Library/Colleague Interface – not accessible
- Meal Plans, Metro Bus Passes, Purchase Parking Passes – not accessible
- Network Account Creation – not accessible
- Perceptive Experience (ImageNow) – not accessible
- Surge Images (Surge Cards) – not accessible
- TouchNet – not accessible
- Username Lookup – not accessible
Several systems will be online and accessible, but disconnected from Colleague. They include 25Live, Accuplacer Scores, Blackboard, Follett (Financial Aid/Bookstore), Maxient, New Student Orientation, Starfish, Surge Time, and the Technology Resources Portal.
Training sessions are available this week for Informer 5, which is significantly different from the current version of Informer. Training options include:
