Need a Cincinnati State transcript? There’s a new online request process.
Cincinnati State students and alumni who need an official transcript can now order transcripts online through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) secure self-service site.
- Transcripts can be delivered electronically, by U.S. Postal Service mail, or you can order the transcript online and then pick it up at the Registrar’s Office in ATLC Room 105.
- Transcripts are $5 per copy. This transcript fee was reviewed and endorsed by Cincinnati State’s Student Government Association and is one of the lowest in the region.
Students and graduates can access the new transcript ordering process by going directly to the NCS Cincinnati State page (link in the first paragraph above), or from the “Self-Service Grades and Transcript Requests” page of the College website. Searching for “transcript” on the College website will quickly provide the link to the correct page.
Current students also can request transcripts through the College’s Self-Service portal, under the “Academics” tab.
For more information, call the Registrar’s Office at (513) 569-1522 or send email to transcripts@cincinnatistate.edu.
