Condolences to Jon McKamey

Maurice R. Eckstein, father-in-law of Dr. Jon McKamey (Instructional Designer, Office of Online Learning), died on June 10, 2023, at home near Batesville, IN. He was 86.

He is survived by his wife Helen, seven children including Jon’s wife Joan, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Mark and his wife Julie in 2014.

Visitation will take place, Friday, June 16 at 3 p.m. at St. Maurice Catholic Church, 8874 Harrison St., Napoleon, IN 47034, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 4 p.m.

Burial in the church cemetery will follow Mass, with a meal at the church hall following the burial.
