Business Division announces interim academic administrators for August

Nick Pflum and Chip Verst are serving as Interim Academic Administrators for the Business Technologies Division during the month of August, with responsibilities for a limited number of Associate Dean duties.

Chip will be “on duty” on Mondays and Wednesdays, Nick on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and they will alternate on Fridays. Chip Verst has served as a BTD interim administration since June and as a Pathway Advisor for BTD since 2022. He is also an adjunct instructor teaching courses in Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, and Introduction to Film Studies. Chip holds a master’s degree in communication from Bellarmine University.

Nick Pflum joined the Business Division as the Lead Advisor in May 2024, bringing five years of academic advising experience. At Northern Kentucky University he served as a first-year academic advisor and later as a team lead academic advisor. Nick earned a master’s degree in education from Ohio University and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
