College enrollment data is still being published weekly during enrollment periods, but it’s no longer part of this Daily News website.

Instead, College employees who are seeking updates on Fall Semester enrollment can find it on the Institutional Research page of MyCState 2.0 for Employees.

Updates are published on Wednesday or Thursday each week.

If you’re looking for the data:

Go to the MyCState 2.0 for Employees home page (login required).
Scroll down until you see the Institutional Research area, and click to open the page.
Scroll down until you see the weekly Enrollment Update chart on the right side of the page. You can click on the chart to enlarge it.

Updates to enrollment data will end on the “census date” for each semester– the 14th class day of the semester. The census date information is reported to the State of Ohio to help determine the subsidy funds that will be provided to Cincinnati State.
