Please turn in your timesheet on time this week
Because of summer holidays, employees will need to complete Surge Time reports promptly for weeks when the Payroll processing time is shortened.
- For the pay period that ends June 15 (paychecks issued Friday, June 21), Surge Time reports must be submitted by employees and also processed by supervisors no later than noon on Sunday, June 16.
- This deadline is required because of the Juneteenth holiday on Wednesday, June 19.
- Be alert for additional messages from your supervisor if your division or department requires an earlier deadline.
- If your Surge Time report is not submitted–and approved by your supervisor–before noon on June 16, your June 21 paycheck may be delayed.
A similar schedule will be required in the week prior to the July 4 holiday, so you can expect to see additional reminders in Daily News.
The Payroll Office appreciates your cooperation in handling payroll deadlines that are affected by summer holidays.
