Deadline for sick leave cash-in is June 14
College employees who are eligible to “cash-in” unused leave days received an email message from the Payroll Office on Friday, May 31, with information about the cash-in process.
The form provided by the Payroll Office must be returned no later than Friday, June 14, 2024.
Full-time College employees who have more than 35 days of accumulated sick leave and/or personal leave, and have not used all of the leave days allocated for the current year, are eligible to receive a cash payment for some or all of the unused days.
Employees who are members of AAUP (faculty) or SEIU (staff) also have the option to donate their “cash-in” to the Cincinnati State Foundation.
- Please send the email message with your form to both Kathy Moore and Deb Meadows in the Payroll Office.
- If you want to donate your payment to the Foundation, please state that in your email message.
