Share your ideas for Convocation 2024 breakout sessions (or volunteer to lead a session)

The Convocation Committee is seeking your suggestions for topics and activities (and seeking volunteer session facilitators) for breakout sessions at the 2024 Employee Convocation, which will take place Friday, September 20.

All College employees received a survey link via email on May 13, or you can click here to reply to the 5-item survey. The survey closes on May 24.

Convocation 2024 will have an agenda similar to the 2023 event, starting with lunch, followed by two breakout sessions that promote learning and interaction, an interactive discussion for all attendees, and a “happy hour” to end the day.

Classes will end at noon and campus offices will close at noon on Sep. 20 so all employees can participate in Convocation activities.
