Problem with the vending machines? Refunds are available

If a campus vending machine fails to provide your product (or there’s a problem with the product you purchased), you can request a refund by sending an email message to snacs.vending.refunds@gmail.com.
Signs will be placed on each vending machine soon to provide immediate information about how to request a refund.
If a vending machine isn’t working correctly or you need to contact the vendor for reasons other than a refund, send an email message to snacsvending@gmail.com. The owner of Snacs Vending company, Seth Ryan, will reply to your message.
