Learn more about preventing substance misuse on Feb. 29

All Cincinnati State students and employees are invited to learn more about preventing drug misuse and overdoses during “Substance Misuse Prevention Day,” on Thursday, February 29, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the ATLC First Floor Lounge.
- The College’s Human and Social Services degree program, which includes a major in Addiction Studies, is hosting the event.
- At the information table you’ll be able to find out more about resources available locally, and if you complete a short survey during your visit, you can win a prize!
For additional resources on preventing substance misuse, you can visit the website of the Prevention Action Alliance, a non-profit organization based in Columbus, Ohio, that is dedicated to preventing substance misuse and promoting mental wellness.
