The College process used to make purchasing requests is changing from the current eForms to a new Purchasing/Procurement process in Self-Service.

Friday, March 1, is the last day to submit a Purchase Requisition eForm. After the close of business on March 1, the Purchase Requisition eForm will not be accessible. (No other eForms will be affected.)
If you need to make a purchase soon, please process your eForm by end-of-day on March 1. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until March 18 to start your request using the new process.

Beginning March 18, the new Self-Service Purchasing/Procurement process will be available.

Virtual training sessions for the Self-Service Purchasing/Procurement process will be offered for several weeks, and are open to all interested employees.

To attend any of the training sessions listed below, send a message to purchasing@cincinnatistate.edu. Include the day and time you plan to attend, and you’ll receive additional instructions.
Sessions listed below will be canceled if no one signs up to attend.
The training will not take a full hour, so you’ll have time to ask questions.

March 18-22

Monday, March 18 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
Tuesday, March 19 – 9 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon
Wednesday, March 20 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
Thursday, March 21 – 9 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon
Friday, March 22 – 1 to 2 p.m. and 3 to 4 p.m.

March 25-29

Monday, March 25 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
Tuesday, March 26 – 9 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon
Wednesday, March 27 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
Thursday, March 28 – 9 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon
Friday, March 29 – 1 to 2 p.m. and 3 to 4 p.m.

April 1-5
