Campus access is limited during Winter Break & garages are closed for portions of break

All Cincinnati State Campuses will be closed from end-of-day Friday, December 22, 2023, until Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Faculty or staff members who need access to Clifton Campus during the closed Winter Break days for reasons related to job responsibilities must request and receive emailed permission from Steve Morris, VP of Administration.
Please send Steve your request for access no later than end-of-day on Friday, Dec. 22.
- Approved personnel who come to campus during the break must call Campus Police at (513) 569-1558 and request an officer to meet them at the Main Building Dock entrance. The police officer on duty needs to know who is in the building and their location in case of an emergency.
On Wednesday, Dec. 27, and Thursday, Dec. 28, access to the Clifton Campus Main Building will be limited due to a delivery of rooftop equipment via a large crane. If you receive permission to enter Clifton Campus on either of those days, you’ll need to use an alternative entrance rather than the Dock entrance. (Details will be provided.)
Parking garages on Clifton Campus will be closed this week and next week so mesh panels can be installed as part of the campus Exterior Improvements & Wayfinding Project.
- The Ludlow Garage is closed Dec. 20 to Dec. 22.
- The Central Parkway Garage will be closed from Tuesday, Dec. 26, to Friday, Dec. 29.

Harrison, Middletown, and Evendale (WDC) Campuses will be closed for the entire Winter Break with no access available.
College offices will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024.
Spring Semester classes will begin Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024.
