Announced changes to hours of operations for College services during the weeks of Dec. 18-22, Jan. 2-5, and Jan. 8-12 are below.

Academic Division Offices – Open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday

Academic advising for the week of Dec. 18-22:

BTD & EIT – Appointments only – call or schedule via Starfish
H&S – Appointments only (will schedule same day if available) – call or schedule via Starfish
HPS – Same-day phone sessions on a first-come, first-served basis and a limited number of appointments – 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. – Call or join queue via Starfish

Academic advising for Jan. 2-12

BTD & EIT – Same-day advising, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., and a limited number of appointments. For appointments, call or schedule via Starfish.
H&S –
- Jan. 2-5 – Appointments only (will schedule same day if available).
- Jan. 8-12 – Same-day advising, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., and a limited number of appointments. In-person, phone, and Zoom options available. Call or schedule via Starfish.
HPS – Same-day phone sessions on a first-come, first-served basis – 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Thursday – Call or join queue via Starfish. Appointments available on Friday.

Library:

Dec. 18-22 – Open 8 a.m to 4 p.m.
Jan 2-5: Closed
Jan. 8-12 – Open 8 a.m to 4 p.m.

IT Services Help Desk – during the weeks of Dec. 18-22; Jan. 2-5 and Jan. 8-12:

Walk-up Service Window – available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Phone Support – available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Open Lab (ATLC 316) is closed from end of business on Dec. 22 until Tuesday, Jan. 16

Disability Services:

Dec. 18 & 19 – Open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Dec. 20-22 – Closed
Jan. 2-5 and Jan. 8-12 – Open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday

Surge Cupboard:

Open noon to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday – Dec. 19-21, Jan. 2-4, and Jan. 9-11

Food Services:

Bakery Hill – Closed Dec. 18 through Jan. 15
- Bakery Hill resumes regular hours on Jan. 16 (Monday-Friday, 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.)
Overlook Cafe – Open Dec. 12-22, Jan. 2-5, and Jan. 8-12 – Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- The Overlook resumes regular hours on Jan. 16 (Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
