Giving Challenge wraps up with chances to win big gifts while raising funds to help students

It’s the last day for the Annual Fund Giving Challenge– and if you haven’t checked out the Humanities & Sciences Gift Basket Raffle, it’s not too late to support Cincinnati State students and programs by bidding on fabulous prizes– including a collection of lottery tickets that gives you a chance to win a million dollars!

• Other gift basket choices include a fantastic cask-strength expression of Bob Dylan’s Heaven’s Door bourbon, a highly-sought-after, discontinued, new-in-box Star Wars LEGO set, a collection of books curated by the CState English Department, a charcuterie set, a deluxe margarita basket, a basket of self-care lotions, and much, much more. • You can check out the choices and buy raffle tickets ($1 each, or 6 for $5) in the H&S Office (Main 232).
• Then add as many tickets as you want to the container for the gift basket(s) you want most.
• On Thursday afternoon, December 14, drawings will take place to determine the winner of each basket.

All Annual Fund donations– small or large– are valued. 

• Options for giving are listed on on the Giving Challenge Pledge Form (click to download).
• You can choose how you want to direct your gift, by selecting:
  • a scholarship fund
  • a division or campus fund that provides resources for purchasing classroom equipment or other support for teaching and learning
  • a special initiative such as CState Accelerate, the Career Closet, the Surge Pantry Food Cupboard, Student Relief Funds, or other College projects and services

Other fundraising projects that are open to all are ending today– so hurry if you’re planning to participate!

The Engineering & Information Technologies Team is selling Split the Pot tickets for $2 each or 3 for $5. The raffle winner will be announced on December 13. To buy tickets, visit the front desk in the EIT Office (Main 210).

• Vision Board Party – Purchase your ticket today for a party to be held in January (based on participant schedules) – $15 ticket includes all supplies and light snacks.
• Painting Party – Purchase your ticket today for a party to be held in February (based on participant schedules) – $30 ticket includes all supplies and light snacks.
