Bakery Hill gives thanks for record-setting requests for rolls

Bakery Hill extends a sincere thank you to everyone who placed orders for Thanksgiving dinner rolls this year. Chef Michael Vanfleet said student and staff workers prepared 1,200 rolls– the largest number in the past 15 years.
Chef Vanfleet noted that scaling, mixing, proofing, shaping, panning, and bagging 1,200 rolls was a lot of work, but the Bakery Hill team made it happen, and hopes all who consumed the rolls enjoyed their dinner!
