Surveys are coming on Monday for employees and students

Several College-wide surveys will be deployed soon, so please get ready to provide data.

• Starting Monday, October 23, employees will receive the 2023 Information Technology survey.
  • Full-time and adjunct faculty as well as other College employees will receive surveys. Non-faculty employees who are adjunct instructors will receive the faculty survey also, so you can provide input regarding classroom technology.
  • Look for an email message from “institutionalresearch@cincinnatistate.edu via surveymonkey.com,” with a subject line “IT Technology Survey 2023,” and then please take time to reply.   
  • Students will receive an Information Technology survey starting Tuesday, November 14. 

• Starting Monday, October 23, students will receive the Trellis Financial Wellness Survey.
  • The Financial Wellness Survey is used by over 200 colleges and universities throughout the U.S. to learn more about the financial issues their students face, some of which may affect their success in college.
  • All information students provide is confidential and all data is reported in aggregate without any individual identification.
  • Students received an informational flyer about the survey via email.
  • Faculty and staff members who interact with students are asked to encourage students to complete the survey, and not treat the email message they will receive as phishing.
  • Students will receive an email message from trellisresearch@qualtrics-survey.com with a subject line “Financial Wellness Survey from Trellis and Cincinnati State.”
  • The survey will close Monday, Nov. 13.
