Can tailgating food be healthy? Yes, it can!
Student Activities invites all members of the College community to learn how to add healthy options to your next tailgating menu, with guidance from Chef CJ Jones, Program Chair for Dietetic Technology and Pre-Nutrition Science, and Dietetic students.
The Dietetic students will discuss and demonstrate healthier versions of simple tailgating foods on Thursday, October 12, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the ATLC Culinary Demonstration Kitchen. It’s ATLC room 043, but the entrance is on the ATLC First Floor, opposite the Bookstore.
Food will be provided for all who attend!
