Teams Phone training sessions are available from now through Nov. 21

Cincinnati State campus telephone service is changing to Teams Phone, using the Microsoft Teams chat, meeting, and calling app that is part of Office 365.

To get ready for the change, the Information Technology Services department has prepared a Teams Phone User Guide and is offering numerous training sessions for College employees throughout September, October, and November.

• Click to download the Teams Phone User Guide (it’s also posted on the College intranet, in the “Manuals and Documents” section)

• The Teams Phone Training Schedule is available inside the User Guide.
  • Training will be offered during nine weeks, on multiple days and times, starting today, Sep. 18, and continuing through Nov. 21.
  • If you plan to attend a training session, send an email message to Frankie Baker (frankie.baker@cincinnatistate.edu) and he will add you to the session invitation.

• Be aware that sessions with no registrants will be canceled without additional notice.
