Training on Active Shooter Threat Awareness offered on Sep. 6 & Sep. 21

September is National Campus Safety Awareness Month, and Cincinnati State Student Activities and Campus Police are offering two sessions on “Active Shooter Threat Awareness” that are open to all Cincinnati State students and employees.

Campus Police Chief Dan Reid will provide information and skills needed to prepare and respond appropriately when seconds matter in incidents involving violence.

The sessions are available:

• Wednesday, Sep. 6 – 10 to 11 a.m.– ATLC Demonstration Kitchen (ATLC 043, entrance on first floor across from the Bookstore)
• Thursday, Sep. 21 – 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – ATLC Demonstration Kitchen (ATLC 043, entrance on first floor across from the Bookstore)
