CState Brewing Science program is featured in “Ohio on Tap” magazine
The Cincinnati State Brewing Science program is featured in the most recent edition of Ohio on Tap magazine, published by the Ohio Craft Brewers Association.
The article, titled “Learn the Craft,” discusses educational opportunities offered at Cincinnati State and at Hocking College for those who want to prepare to enter the craft beer industry.
Caleb Ochs-Naderer, Brewing Science Program Chair, points out in the article, “If we can keep raising the level of quality and understanding about beer, then we can keep making better beer throughout [the state].”
