Benefits ID cards may be delayed

Employees who use College-provided health benefits have been informed by email from the College’s Human Resources Office that medical benefits ID cards may arrive after July 1, when the benefits year begins.
- The message from Benefits Coordinator Dina Henderson includes links to temporary ID cards that can be used if needed by new users of a College benefits plan who don’t already have an ID card.
- Employees who already have an ID card for the PPO or HPDH benefits plan can continue using their current ID card at their medical providers.
- The message was sent on Wednesday, June 28, to the email address you used when you completed your Open Enrollment process online– so if you used a non-Cincinnati State email address for your benefits Open Enrollment choices, you’ll need to check that account.
If you have questions, you can contact Dina at (513) 569-1799 or dina.henderson@cincinnatistate.edu.
