Seth Urbont is now Lead HR Recruiter

Seth Urbont has been promoted to Lead HR Recruiter in the Human Resources Department. He joined the Cincinnati State HR team in December 2020.

Falonda Rodgers, Director of Human Resources, said, “Since Seth started at Cincinnati State, he has progressed immensely, by taking on additional complex tasks using the Colleague system, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and taking a leadership role in the recruitment area of HR.”
