If you have an HSA, HR needs some info, ASAP

College employees who have established a Health Savings Account (HSA) as part of your benefits package need to reply today to an email message sent to you from the College’s Human Resources Office.

• The message from Benefits Coordinator Dina Henderson asks you to confirm some information that you provided during the Benefits Open Enrollment period.
• The message was sent on Thursday, June 8, to the email address you used when you completed your Open Enrollment process online– so if you used a non-Cincinnati State email address for your benefits Open Enrollment choices, you’ll need to check that account.
