Clifton Campus maintenance projects continue in buildings and garages

Some maintenance projects on Clifton Campus have been completed and others are in progress– so please take note of the activities described below that may affect you.

Updates on project work will appear in future editions of Daily News.

New gate at Overlook Cafe — New gate is in place at the Overlook

Completed work:

The ATLC single passenger elevator (near the Welcome Center) is back in operation.
Painting of multiple classrooms, offices, and common areas of the Main Building is complete.
Pressure washing on the exterior of the Central Parkway Garage and the Ludlow Garage is complete.
The new gate has been installed at the Overlook Cafe.

Projects in progress or starting soon:

Health Professions Building (HPB) restrooms – Major renovations are in progress for restrooms in the Health Professions Building. These restrooms are closed until the project is completed, no later than June 30. Demolition and partial renovation starts on the top floor and continues downward until completion.
- Those in HPB should plan on all restrooms being unavailable for the duration of this project.
- Restrooms in the Main Building are available via the pedestrian bridges on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Conference Center new carpet installation — Installing new carpet is underway in the Conference Center

Main Building Conference Center – Installation of new carpet in the Conference Center and surrounding areas started May 22 and will continue during the week of May 29. The Conference Center is closed until June 9.
Main Building entrance – Painting and repairs are underway.

Central Parkway Garage – Pressure washing on the garage interior will begin Tuesday, May 30, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Parking and traffic flow will not be affected.
ATLC Building exterior – Window Cleaning on the building exterior will begin Tuesday, May 30, at 7 a.m.
ATLC Building interior – Window Cleaning on the building interior near the Welcome Center will begin May 30 at 5 p.m. This cleaning project will include the Overlook Atrium and surrounding areas, and is expected to continue into the week of June 5.
Repairs to the auxiliary roof that connects the Main and ATLC buildings will be completed on Saturday, June 3.
