Volunteers of all ages can join the CS crew & help the Great Parks on May 6
Cincinnati State students, employees, and your friends and family members are invited to enjoy the outdoors and contribute to the community during a Great Parks clean-up event on Saturday, May 6, at Shawnee Lookout on the Great Miami River (2008 Lawrenceburg Road, North Bend, OH 45052).
From 9 a.m. to noon, the CState crew will help remove litter and debris near the riverbank.
Breakfast treats and drinks will be provided, along with clean-up gear such as bags, pickers, buckets, and gloves– or you can bring your own supplies.
Event organizer Milene Donlin said, “The Great Parks of Hamilton County offer wonderful experiences to the Cincinnati region. Joining our volunteer team is a great family-friendly way to give back to nature and support our community.”
