Complete the “Preventing Sexual Violence on Campus” survey & learn more during Sexual Assault Awareness Month
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and as part of initiatives sponsored by the Ohio Department of Higher Education, employees are reminded to complete the “Changing Campus Culture: Preventing Sexual Violence on Campus” survey.
Ohio is one of a few states with a comprehensive, state-funded approach to addressing sexual violence on campuses.
The short confidential survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Em2YP and should be completed by Friday, May 5.
- Cincinnati State employees who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle for gift cards valued at $100, $75, $50, and $25.
- To enter the raffle after completing the survey, log in to your Cincinnati State account and then access the eForm at https://web3.cincinnatistate.edu/eforms/eform.aspx?form_id=2118
- You must attach a screen shot of your completed survey to the eForm be eligible for the raffle.
