Maxient forms moved to new location on the intranet; new form available for reporting academic integrity violations

Employees who need to report concerning student behavior using the Maxient online reporting system can find the needed form on the College intranet.
A new form used to report Academic Integrity violations also is available in the new intranet location.
To locate the forms on the intranet, go to How the College Works > Student Conduct.
- The Maxient system is used at Cincinnati State to report and track behaviors of concern.
- Designated College administrators and members of the College’s Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) review and respond to Maxient reports. Academic integrity reports are reviewed by the Provost’s Office.
- Maxient reporting forms also can be obtained via the Title IX page of the College website.
The BIT team is working on a new web page for Maxient information that is expected to be available in Fall 2023.
If you have questions about Maxient reporting, contact Soni Hill, Senior Director of Student Success & Development (soni.hill@cincinnatistate.edu).
