Suit-Up Day for men (Part 2) is Apr. 19; students can get career photos & career advice
Cincinnati State students are invited to the “Men’s Suit-Up Finale” on Wednesday, April 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the ATLC First Floor Lounge.
The event is the culmination of a project created by Associate of Science student Josh Render, with support from his project advisor/co-op coordinator Eimee Donbar, and assistance from co-op coordinator Brian Hooten, the Cincinnati State Career Closet, and community partners including Macy’s and Jos. A. Bank.
Activities for participating students include:
- get a professional photo of themselves dressed in their professional attire
- get advice on career wardrobe styling
- hear from speakers on professionalism
- network with others
- see the “dressed up” recipients of new suits who were nominated by Cincinnati State organizations and departments
Media representatives are expected to attend from 1-2 p.m. to interview Josh and others involved with the project..
