Breathe, and consider taking a yoga class
If you’re thinking about your summer activities and looking for ways to relax and de-stress, you might want to consider Cincinnati State’s Yoga class, PE 108.
The Summer class is scheduled to meet weekly on Tuesdays from noon to 12:55 p.m., starting May 16.
In addition to the in-person sessions where you’ll learn breathing techniques, yoga postures and movements, and meditation methods, this hybrid course includes online activities that you can complete at your own pace.
