Add your input for Convocation scheduling

The Convocation Committee has started planning for the next iteration of this annual event, and is seeking input before scheduling Convocation for the 2023-24 academic year.

Ideas under consideration include:

• Scheduling Convocation prior to the start of classes rather than during the semester
• Possibly offering two separate half-day Convocations (one in Fall and one in Spring)
• Adding optional “hands-on” or team-building activities in the afternoon following a half-day morning Convocation
